BOA is a full-service promotion, booking, event planning, management and marketing consultancy. We specialize in 'alternative' events- any events out of the norm, unusual, fresh and new. This ranges from various music nights and booking indie acts to charity events and everything in between. We aim to provide our clients with something unique to set them apart from the rest. BOA tailors events specifically to the venue and act. We can provide design, promotional and DJ services as well as bookings of international and Chinese DJs.

In 2005 BOA set up four shows in China for German DJ Ipek, ran a successful ladies' night at one of Beijing's most popular night clubs, threw a quality Halloween bash, and raised a fair sum of money in a rockin' charity event for a local AIDS organization... just to name a few.

In 2006 BOA spread out into the nightlife scene of Shanghai, brought over some amazing acts, and promoted for the best. In April, BOA brought Intercom (indie electronica) from LA for a tour in China and brought electronic musician B6 from Shanghai to Beijing for a dual show full of electro-maddness. In May, Addicted2Fiction followed with shows in Beijing and Shanghai. This LA-based synthpop duo even managed to sellout brand new Tanghui with more than 550 fans! In October 2006, BOA collaborated with brilliant upandcoming electro-pop musicians, The Pinker Tones DJ Crew. With and incredible live set, this Spanish act shook-up club Fusion in Beijing and rocked the new 4 Live in Shanghai, as well as packed beyond capacity the Spanish cultural center, Instituto Cervantes.

But that's not all for 2006. BOA teamed up with 010 Productions and the Yen crew for one of Beijing's best parties of the year, Fetish Halloween. BOA stepped in with decor and promotion for this event which saw more than 1,000 Beijing party people. BOA also created a new successful electro night, 'Electrocution' at Alfa. Later in the year BOA, with 010 Productions and Banana, promoted for John Digweed, Timo Maas, Armin Van Buuren, Ferry Corsten and Carl Cox's shows in Beijing.

2007 has already been a success with BOA's "I Love EU" event celebrating the European Union's 50th Anniversary at Tango. The event involved 6 up-and-coming live electronic acts and DJs from the EU and locally based DJs/ VJs, 7 Corporate Sponsors, 8 EU Embassies and consulates plus the European Commission. With over 1,300 participants in Beijing and Shanghai, the EU's anniversary was celebrated in style. This event from concept planning, and branding to execution and post-production was directed by BOA.

Other events this year include, DJ Ipek's packed encore performance at the German Embassy, ALT+2, and cooperative promotions for DJ Mag's #1, Paul van Dyk, #8 Sharam and #5 DJ Dan. We're certainly looking forward to the second half of the year.
